Key Responsibilities:

In order to excel in this role, you will need to possess a diverse set of skills and qualities, which include:

	<li>Design and create visual materials and deliverables to support client campaigns and new businesses to meet the strategic and business goals.</li>
	<li>Follow and cascade design guidelines, refresh brand key visuals, and support the brand’s graphic designers and copywriters under the CUE Digital International Phil. Branch company.</li>
	<li>Work on a broad range of digital projects while taking art direction and guidance from your partner designer and creative group head.</li>
	<li>Research, review, and recommend suitable illustrations, photography, and innovative design solutions to support all incoming and ongoing client projects.</li>
	<li>Ensure flawless visual cascades of existing key visuals into multiple digital materials within a short quick turnaround time.</li>
	<li>Keep the supervising designer, senior creatives, and management in the loop and effectively escalate roadblocks should it arise in any of your projects.</li>

We’re currently seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Creative Director who thrives on the creative design process in the world of brand marketing.

Responsibilities:

Provides art direction for various design and marketing projects needed for the company’s brands, spanning from web content, email, social media, print marketing, event marketing and more. 

Responsible for translating the overall company business objectives into a usable, visual solutions. Design leading digital experiences, create compelling concepts and see that vision through to reality.

Creation of brand guidelines and upholding visual standards consistent to the brand’s overall objectives. Responsible for articulating and defending conceptual and directional choices, as needed.

Clearly communicates project objectives to designers, copywriters and developers in order to produce deliverables that meet marketing goals

Keeps a streamlined design process from initial design conceptualization, revisions and handoffs between departments. 

Works directly with stakeholders (Vice President for Marketing and Chief Operations Officer) in defining brand identity and brand voice, and presenting marketing deliverables with consistent quality across all channels and platforms.

Assist the Creative Director to manage the overall scope, resources and priorities for multiple and simultaneous internal branding projects.

Coordinates with managers an stakeholders for design presentations or strategy meetings via email, chat and online meetings (in-person meetings only on an as needed basis).

A love of cutting edge design, marketing strategies and digital trends. Innovative mindset and a passion for effective brand communication and all things digital marketing. Keeps up with constantly changing trends and technicalities of new media (video marketing, social media trends, Artificial Intelligence-assisted processes, etc.)

Is up-to-date and very familiar with all of the brand’s products and services, and is able to provide design support and consultation for sales and marketing teams.

Strong understanding of digital marketing principles, including Search Engine Optimization, content marketing, video marketing, online reputation building, etc. Understands the principles of information architecture, the flow of information and how effective the user finds it. 

Excels at managing timelines as well as handling multiple projects at a time. Commits to project completion and effective collaboration.
