You translate strategy and briefs into clear, effective visuals across social and digital channels. You work closely with copywriters, accounts, and other creatives to deliver on-brand assets that are easy for clients to approve and easy for teams to execute.

		<li>Maintain consistency in typography, layout, composition, and brand application.</li>
		<li>Keep files organised and production-ready (clean layers, correct exports, tidy handover).</li>
		<li>Stay current on platform trends and formats, then apply them with judgement, not copy-paste.</li>

		<li>Manage your own workload and deadlines; flag risks before they become emergencies.</li>

About Us

Leapfroggr builds SeriousMD (EMR for doctors) and NowServing (healthcare marketplace for patients). Our products handle real medical workflows — scheduling, records, patient communication, payments. Design decisions here have consequences.

You'll have mentorship and support, but also real responsibility from week one.

 

What You'll Actually Do

	<li>Design UI/UX for web, iOS, and Android. You'll work across platforms.</li>
	<li>Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups.</li>
	<li>Collaborate closely with our Design Lead to develop your craft.</li>
	<li>Work with engineers to ship your designs and learn what survives implementation.</li>
	<li>Participate in user research. Watch real doctors and patients use your work.</li>
	<li>Contribute to our design system and learn how scalable design works.</li>
