Clear is looking for a Recruiter to work with our client, an Australia-based company offering occupational health services, in a remote work setup. 

 Your daily tasks may include:

	<li>Write, post, and manage job advertisements for nursing, allied health, and clinic administration roles across relevant job advertising platforms, ensuring listings are accurate, tailored to each role type, and actively driving quality applications</li>
	<li>Monitor and action incoming applications daily, acknowledging all candidates promptly and moving qualified applicants through to the next stage in accordance with the client's procedures</li>
	<li>Conduct proactive database searches to identify suitable candidates from existing records and match them against current role requirements for both recurring and newly opened positions</li>
	<li>Float strong and available candidates to the consulting team and hiring managers ahead of demand, particularly for high-turnover clinic roles where pipeline continuity is critical</li>
	<li>Stay current on market trends, competitor activity, candidate pay rates, and supply conditions in the occupational health and allied health talent markets, and communicate relevant updates to the team</li>
	<li>Conduct initial telephone screenings of applicants to assess clinical qualifications, availability, and suitability for specific clinic roles</li>
	<li>Provide the shortlisted candidate resumes and a brief summary from the telephone screening to HR and the hiring manager to determine which candidate to schedule an interview with</li>
	<li>Schedule and facilitate virtual interviews alongside HR and hiring manager, taking notes and ensuring the experience is professional, welcoming, and reflective of the client’s values as an employer</li>
	<li>Prepare a concise candidate summary following each interview, capturing key details like availability and role fit, to be sent to HR and the hiring manager after the interview</li>

	<li>Conduct 2 thorough reference checks to verify candidates' professional conduct, clinical competence, and work history, and document all findings. Raise any red flags with HR and advise once completed.</li>
	<li>Liaise with HR and hiring manager to confirm what clinic location the successful candidate will undertake their 2 weeks of training at.</li>
	<li>Coordinate the collection and verification of pre-employment requirements valid to the specific role, including AHPRA registrations, ESSA accreditation, working with children checks, first aid, and relevant degree qualifications.</li>
	<li>Advise the successful candidate of the offer of employment via telephone.</li>
	<li>Onboard successful candidate into Employment Hero (client HRIS) by creating their employee profile and distributing their employment contract via the HR system.</li>
	<li>Send offer of employment and welcome email to the candidate.</li>
	<li>Onboard candidate into the client’s IT system in a timely manner.</li>
	<li>Advise payroll of the new employee, their details, and commencement date</li>
	<li>Maintain and update the recruitment spreadsheet of all active roles on a weekly basis, so the team always has a current and accurate view of wht stage of recruitment, each role is at.</li>
	<li>Manage the active pool of casual staff by tracking their availability, location preferences, and any changes in circumstances.</li>
	<li>Handle overflow calls and messages from candidates and internal stakeholders, responding professionally and escalating any complex queries to the appropriate team member.</li>
	<li>Contribute to identifying and implementing improvements to the recruitment, onboarding, and candidate management process that increases speed, accuracy, and quality of placements.</li>
