Responsibilities

General Admin &amp; Operations 

<ul>
	<li>Check inboxes, prioritise tasks, and flag any urgent client or supplier communications.</li>
	<li>Maintain and organise documentation in Google Drive, ensuring clarity and ease of access.</li>
	<li>Prepare and format SOPs, internal process documents, and project templates.</li>
	<li>Support the team by documenting weekly project meetings, distributing action points, and ensuring follow-ups.</li>
</ul>

Research &amp; Resource Management

<ul>
	<li>Research products, technical specifications, and installation guides to assist with compliance.</li>
	<li>Cross-check deliveries and spec sheets to ensure the right products reach the site.</li>
	<li>Help source better ways to structure, store and retrieve job documentation across departments.</li>
	<li>Keep track of new tools (e.g. Loom, Google Sites, ClickUp) and make recommendations to improve operational efficiency.</li>
</ul>

Team Support &amp; Coordination

<ul>
	<li>Be the point of contact between the office and internal site team.</li>
	<li>Assist with onboarding new team members by sharing documented systems and SOPs.</li>
</ul>

Basic Design Support

<ul>
	<li>Format documents, internal templates, or social posts using Canva (based on existing brand assets).</li>
	<li>Light content formatting, no strategy or campaign creation expected.</li>
</ul>

Software Skills

<ul>
	<li>Google Workspace, Zoom, Loom, and basic screen recording tools, Canva (basic to intermediate use). Familiar with project tools like ClickUp, Monday CRM, or Asana.</li>
