Track the progress of professional service delivery projects led by partners through direct outreach.

Monitor partner-related Slack channels and Deployment Inquiries within Partner Success programs to ensure prompt and effective communication.

Offer essential, light-touch project management support.

Verify project completion and ensure that all required documentation is distributed to relevant internal and external stakeholders.

Data Integrity and Program Alignment:

Maintain the accuracy of project data in SFDC for all partner-deployed projects.

Partner Enablement and Growth:

Contribute to the development of Technical Enablement plans, leveraging input from 

Professional Services Engineers and Channel Leadership, to enable Distribution and Channel

Partners to qualify for the Netskope Service Delivery Specialization Program.

Track and support the growth of partners focused on assisting customers with Adoption and continuous improvement services to achieve the Adoption Specialization Program status.

Help refine internal processes to scale and improve the programs managed by the Partner Success unit.
