Role Overview

We are expanding our team and looking for a US Estimator with a focus on HVAC components. You will be responsible for producing accurate cost estimates, performing quantity takeoffs, and collaborating with US-based teams, vendors, and project managers. This is a fully remote role, ideal for candidates who are detail-oriented, proactive, and experienced with HVAC systems.

Key Responsibilities

<ul>
	<li>Prepare accurate and competitive cost estimates for HVAC systems and components (ductwork, grills, fans, heaters, air handlers, etc.).</li>
	<li>Conduct quantity takeoffs and cost analysis for HVAC, commercial painting, and architectural millwork projects.</li>
	<li>Analyze project plans, specifications, and documents to determine material, labor, and equipment costs.</li>
	<li>Collaborate with project managers, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and alignment with budgets.</li>
	<li>Maintain detailed documentation of estimates, assumptions, and vendor communications.</li>
	<li>Utilize construction takeoff software (Togal AI, Bluebeam, Planswift, etc.) for HVAC components.</li>
	<li>Oversee system updates, access, and technical issue resolution.</li>
	<li>Assist clients in integrating CRM data (e.g., HubSpot) with dashboards for cost, sales, revenue, and performance tracking.</li>
</ul>

Qualifications

<ul>
	<li>Proven experience in estimation and quantity takeoffs for HVAC systems.</li>
	<li>Familiarity with HVAC components: ductwork, air handlers, fans, heaters, grills, etc.</li>
	<li>Experience with US-based teams or companies.</li>
	<li>Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.</li>
	<li>Experience with CRMs and construction/trades software (Building Connect, Buildertrend, or similar).</li>
	<li>Effective written and verbal communication skills.</li>
	<li>Self-starter capable of working independently and solving problems proactively.</li>
	<li>Experience with On-Screen Takeoff (OST) tools and similar applications.</li>

Key Qualifications:

	<li>CSI MasterFormat Expertise: Proficient in the CSI MasterFormat, including Divisions 05 (Metals), 06 (Wood, Plastics &amp; Composites), 08 (Openings), 09 (Finishes), and 12 (Furnishings), with working knowledge across all divisions for full-scope estimating.</li>
	<li>Quantity Takeoffs &amp; Costing: Skilled in preparing detailed quantity takeoffs, material takeoffs, and cost estimates with high accuracy and efficiency.</li>
	<li>Blueprint &amp; Specification Reading: Strong ability to interpret architectural, structural, and MEP drawings, specifications, RFIs, and addenda.</li>
	<li>Estimating Software Proficiency: Hands-on experience with Bluebeam, On-Screen Takeoff, Procore Estimating, and similar digital takeoff and bid management tools.</li>
	<li>Bid Preparation &amp; Analysis: Experience in preparing bid proposals, scope reviews, cost breakouts, and leveling subcontractor bids.</li>
	<li>Construction Knowledge: Solid understanding of construction means and methods, building materials, and commercial project workflows.</li>
	<li>Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy in takeoffs and pricing, ensuring complete scope coverage and minimal errors.</li>
	<li>Project Coordination: Effective collaboration with project managers, subcontractors, suppliers, and design teams during preconstruction phases.</li>
	<li>Time Management: Proven ability to manage multiple bids, deadlines, and priorities in a fast-paced estimating environment.</li>
	<li>Analytical &amp; Problem-Solving Skills: Strong ability to identify scope gaps, discrepancies, and cost-saving opportunities.</li>

We are looking for a Tracking Specialist (Client-Facing) who can audit, debug, and implement tracking across digital platforms.

The most important part of this role is pixel tracking—making sure events are firing correctly for Meta, Google Ads, GA4, TikTok, Pinterest, and other platforms. You’ll also work with product catalogs and commerce feeds (Meta, Google Merchant Center), but the priority is ensuring accurate event tracking for campaigns.

This is not a heavy engineering role. It’s about attention to detail, problem-solving, and client communication. You’ll use tools like preview/debug modes, network requests, and Omnibug to spot and resolve issues. You’ll also use our internal onboarding system to configure client tracking by placing IDs and settings in the right places.



As a Tracking Specialist, you will 📝
