Social Media Content Creator

<ul>
	<li>Take on a leadership role by formulating and executing strategic plans in line with company objectives</li>
	<li>Set and ensure the reach of relevant team KPIs to help maintain excellent performance</li>
	<li>Address client inquiries and concerns related to permit processing</li>
	<li>Update and maintain trackers for accurate record-keeping</li>
	<li>Provide suggestions for process improvements to enhance efficiency</li>
	<li>Cultivate relationships with various mall point persons for strategic expansion</li>
	<li>Collaborate with key contacts for mall hook-ups, including IT and mall teams</li>
	<li>Process incoming mall hook-ups and accreditations efficiently</li>
	<li>Support clients in their usage of the POS system within mall premises, addressing concerns as needed</li>
	<li>Ensure compliance with mall regulations and requirements</li>
	<li>Foster effective communication between UTAK POS and mall stakeholders</li>
	<li>Contribute to the growth of UTAK's accreditation in multiple malls</li>
	<li>Work in a hybrid setup (50% remote, 50% on-site) to facilitate both virtual and in-person </li>
