Our team works remotely and focuses on performance, accountability, and results. We are now looking for a seasoned Media Buyer (PPC Specialist) who can take ownership of campaigns and drive measurable growth.

What You'll Do

As a Media Buyer (PPC Specialist), you will be responsible for managing, optimizing, and scaling paid advertising campaigns across multiple platforms.

Your responsibilities include:

<ul>
	<li>Managing and scaling campaigns on Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager</li>
	<li>Developing campaign strategies focused on lead generation and ROI</li>
	<li>Conducting advanced keyword research, audience targeting, and funnel optimization</li>
	<li>Writing and testing high-converting ad copy and creatives</li>
	<li>Monitoring and optimizing performance based on CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, and conversion rates</li>
	<li>Implementing and troubleshooting tracking using Google Tag Manager</li>
	<li>Identifying scaling opportunities and improving lead quality</li>
	<li>Analyzing data and presenting insights and recommendations</li>
	<li>Collaborating with the team on creatives, landing pages, and campaign strategy</li>
</ul>

What Are We Looking For?

We are looking for a high-performing PPC specialist who is confident in managing and scaling campaigns.

You should have:

	<li>3–5 years of proven experience in media buying / PPC</li>
	<li>Strong expertise in Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager</li>
	<li>Google Ads (AdWords) Certification</li>
	<li>Deep understanding of campaign structure, bidding strategies, and optimization</li>
	<li>Strong knowledge of conversion tracking, attribution, and analytics</li>
	<li>Experience optimizing for lead quality, not just volume</li>
	<li>Ability to confidently manage budgets and scale campaigns</li>
	<li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills</li>
	<li>Ability to work independently and take full ownership of campaigns</li>
	<li>Willing to train juniors who will be part of the team in the future</li>

We’re currently seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Creative Director who thrives on the creative design process in the world of brand marketing.

Responsibilities:

Provides art direction for various design and marketing projects needed for the company’s brands, spanning from web content, email, social media, print marketing, event marketing and more. 

Responsible for translating the overall company business objectives into a usable, visual solutions. Design leading digital experiences, create compelling concepts and see that vision through to reality.

Creation of brand guidelines and upholding visual standards consistent to the brand’s overall objectives. Responsible for articulating and defending conceptual and directional choices, as needed.

Clearly communicates project objectives to designers, copywriters and developers in order to produce deliverables that meet marketing goals

Keeps a streamlined design process from initial design conceptualization, revisions and handoffs between departments. 

Works directly with stakeholders (Vice President for Marketing and Chief Operations Officer) in defining brand identity and brand voice, and presenting marketing deliverables with consistent quality across all channels and platforms.

Assist the Creative Director to manage the overall scope, resources and priorities for multiple and simultaneous internal branding projects.

Coordinates with managers an stakeholders for design presentations or strategy meetings via email, chat and online meetings (in-person meetings only on an as needed basis).

 

Special Requirements:

A love of cutting edge design, marketing strategies and digital trends. Innovative mindset and a passion for effective brand communication and all things digital marketing. Keeps up with constantly changing trends and technicalities of new media (video marketing, social media trends, Artificial Intelligence-assisted processes, etc.)

Is up-to-date and very familiar with all of the brand’s products and services, and is able to provide design support and consultation for sales and marketing teams.

Strong understanding of digital marketing principles, including Search Engine Optimization, content marketing, video marketing, online reputation building, etc. Understands the principles of information architecture, the flow of information and how effective the user finds it. 

Excels at managing timelines as well as handling multiple projects at a time. Commits to project completion and effective collaboration.
