The Order Confirmation Agent is responsible for ensuring orders are accurately confirmed before booking and fulfillment. The role focuses on customer verification, order accuracy, RTS prevention, resolving concerns before dispatch, and increasing order value through appropriate upselling.

1. Messenger Monitoring

	<li>Monitor Messenger and other assigned communication channels for customer responses and requests.</li>

What you'll do:

Own client relationships

	<li>Be the primary point of contact — guide clients from onboarding through a seamless website launch.</li>

Bridge clients &amp; dev team

	<li>Translate client needs into clear briefs and keep projects on scope, on time, and profitable.</li>
</ul>

Drive digital strategy

	<li>Proactively advise clients on improving their online presence using industry best practices.</li>
</ul>

Deliver best-in-class service

	<li>Continuously add value through top-tier support and help shape "best-in-class" product standards.</li>
</ul>

Project management targets

<ul>
	<li>25+ Active accounts managed per month</li>
	<li>10+ Launches or design completions monthly</li>
	<li>6+ Positive client reviews per month</li>
	<li>≤1 Valid escalation per quarter</li>
	<li>Handle add-on products including logo and map designs alongside core website accounts</li>
	<li>Proactively review websites for issues, errors, and revisions — including proofreading — before clients or QA flag them</li>
	<li>Launch projects with little to no QA tweaks through careful pre-launch checks</li>
	<li>Zero out non-contacts; maintain consistent attendance and hit all monthly performance metrics</li>
	<li>Complete and pass Advanced IDX training after onboarding</li>
	<li>Establish smooth, cross-department communication so all teams meet or exceed client expectations</li>
</ul>

What we're looking for

	<li>Background in art and design </li>
	<li>At least 1 year of customer support experience servicing US or North American clients</li>
	<li>Excellent written and spoken English with at least a neutral North American accent</li>
	<li>Experience with internet-based products: web hosting, web design, or similar</li>
	<li>Strong project management skills — juggle multiple tasks, hit strict deadlines</li>
	<li>Highly adaptable, goal-driven, detail-oriented, and a genuine team player</li>
