MCS Philippines

The Executive Assistant will support the CEO who operates in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. This role is mission-critical and designed to immediately reduce executive overload by managing communication, priorities, and execution in real time. 

This is not a traditional or passive EA role. The right candidate is proactive, decisive, calm under pressure, and capable of operating as an extension of the executive. 

Key Responsibilities 

Executive Support &amp; Real-Time Responsiveness 

<ul>
	<li>Provide real-time support during US business hours </li>
	<li>Actively manage inbox, calendar, meetings, and priorities </li>
	<li>Filter, triage, and respond to high volumes of communication </li>
	<li>Ensure urgent matters are surfaced immediately and handled without delay </li>
</ul>

Priority &amp; Task Management 

<ul>
	<li>Translate executive directives into clear actions and follow-ups </li>
	<li>Track deadlines, commitments, and deliverables </li>
	<li>Ensure nothing falls through the cracks across multiple stakeholders </li>
	<li>Anticipate needs before they become urgent issues </li>
</ul>

Communication &amp; Coordination 

<ul>
	<li>Serve as the first point of contact for internal and external communications </li>
	<li>Coordinate with the CEO’s Manila Manager and other leadership support staff as part of a mirror team structure. This role requires consistent horizontal communication to ensure alignment across executive support functions, enabling real-time coordination, shared visibility, and smooth execution across regions. </li>
	<li>Maintain discretion and professionalism in all interactions </li>
	<li>Ensure smooth horizontal communication across teams when needed </li>
</ul>

Execution Support 

<ul>
	<li>Prepare briefs, summaries, and updates as required </li>
	<li>Support reporting workflows and dashboards as implemented </li>
	<li>Follow up with teams to ensure execution aligns with priorities </li>
