Recurring managed service billing

	<li>Reconcile a month of onboarding and offboarding notices from the engineers against each customer's recurring sales order, adjust the seats and licences, then raise the invoices. Customer seat counts run from five to a hundred.</li>
	<li>Keep the recurring templates accurate month to month, so the next month carries forward correctly. That only happens if the process is followed every time. It will be yours to follow.</li>

Professional services billing

	<li>Own the marketing technology stack and recommend improvements across CRM, automation, AI, reporting and analytics.</li>
	<li>Own funnel design and automation strategy, including CRM workflows, lead scoring and nurture sequences.</li>
	<li>Lead CRM use for pipeline visibility and reporting.</li>
	<li>Assess the Marketing Automation Specialist role and oversee the phased transition from GoHighLevel to the Ignite app, auditing what actually needs to move.</li>
	<li>Team Leadership &amp; Systems</li>
	<li>Lead the Client Acquisition Team and set agreed output targets for each member.</li>
	<li>Run regular one-to-ones and performance reviews, maintaining clear accountability.</li>
	<li>Align sales development, automation and content around shared acquisition goals.</li>
	<li>Build documented systems, SOPs and repeatable processes that reduce dependency on individuals.</li>
	<li>Ensure operational work is delegated and completed through the team.</li>
	<li>Performance &amp; Reporting</li>
	<li>Own growth reporting across lead volume and quality, discovery-meeting show rates, cost per lead, cost per client, pipeline value and revenue influenced.</li>
	<li>Report performance to the Managing Director on an agreed cadence.</li>
	<li>Test and optimise acquisition channels using data and attribution.</li>
	<li>Document learnings from experiments and use them to guide future investment.</li>
	<li>Stakeholder Alignment</li>
	<li>Work closely with the Managing Director to turn client wins, losses and objections into marketing insights.</li>
	<li>Partner with Service Delivery, Operations and Recruitment to identify client feedback, operational insights and service improvements.</li>
	<li>Feed these insights back into targeting, positioning and messaging.</li>
	<li>Take on other growth and marketing leadership priorities as required by management.</li>

NowServing connects patients with healthcare providers across the Philippines. We're building new growth channels beyond our current digital marketing to reach more Filipinos who need healthcare.

The Opportunity

You'll build and own entirely new patient acquisition channels that we're not currently working on. Think: partnerships with brands and local businesses, community activations, offline campaigns, and experimental digital channels. This is a high-ownership role for someone who wants to create growth engines from scratch.

What You'll Own

	<li>New channel testing: Explore and test acquisition channels we haven't tried yet (examples: SMS campaigns, podcast sponsorships, healthcare events, professional associations, radio, print, community programs)</li>
	<li>Performance tracking: Measure what's working, learn fast, and scale winning channel</li>
