	<li>Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring satisfaction.</li>
	<li>Developing leads and referrals.</li>
	<li>Build, manage, and maintain strong relationships with brokers to increase sales opportunities.</li>
	<li>Creating and maintaining a list/database of prospect clients.</li>
	<li>Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify opportunities for growth.</li>
	<li>Prepare and submit sales reports, forecasts, and broker performance summaries.</li>

<p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p>

	<li>Bachelor’s degree in HR, Psychology, or related field</li>
	<li>3–5 years of relevant experience in Training, and Recruitment</li>
	<li>Strong knowledge of end-to-end recruitment</li>
	<li>Experience in facilitating or coordinating trainings</li>
	<li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills</li>
	<li>Proactive, organized, and detail-oriented</li>
	<li>Passionate about culture and employee engagement</li>
	<li>Willing to start immediately in Baliuag, Bulacan</li>
