We are looking for a results-driven Strategic Sourcing Specialist to lead commodity sourcing strategies across key categories such as plastics, metals, and electrical components within a manufacturing environment.

This role is critical in driving cost competitiveness, supplier performance, and supply continuity, while supporting the company’s long-term business and product innovation goals.

Key Responsibilities

	<li>Strategic Sourcing &amp; Commodity Management</li>
	<li>Develop and implement commodity sourcing strategies based on market intelligence and business needs</li>
	<li>Conduct market analysis, supplier mapping, and commercial risk assessment</li>
	<li>Support long-term category plans for product transitions, outsourcing, and contract manufacturing</li>

	<li>Partner with Engineering, Operations, and Business Units on sourcing strategies</li>

Strategic Sourcing Specialist – Purchasing

We are currently looking for a Finance Supervisor to oversee the Inventory Finance team for CCAC as a whole. This role requires strong technical abilities in inventory accounting and knowledgeable of SAP system. Should be able to display excellent judgment and adaptability in decision-making and problem solving, and be able tp influence business partners using fact-based analysis and information.

Responsibilities and Duties Include but not Limited to:

	<li>Perform month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing activities to ensure that inventory value is accurate and in accordance with GAAP.</li>
	<li>Preparation of key inventory reports and analysis that will assist the management make smart decisions.</li>
	<li>Oversee inventory controls and collaborate closely with internal and external auditors to ensure inventory controls are in place and risks are minimized.</li>
	<li> Engage with SCM to forecast inventory levels and provide insights on inventory transactions and inventory E&amp;O reserves level.</li>
	<li>Supports the Over-all Inventory Reduction Activity of the Company and Monthly Cycle Count and Annual Four Wall Count</li>

Inventory Accounting Supervisor

We are looking for driven and detail-oriented Product Development Engineer to join our R&amp;D Team. This role is designed for early-career engineers who want to build expertise in product design, development, and engineering processes within a manufacturing environment.

You will gain hands-on experience in end-to-end product development, from design and prototyping to testing and continuous improvement.

 

Key Responsibilities

Product Development &amp; Engineering Support

Prepare and review engineering drawings and specifications using 3D design software

Support development of new products and enhancement of existing designs

Assist in preparing BOMs (Bill of Materials), engineering documents, and product specifications

Build, modify, and prepare prototype samples based on engineering requirements
