	<li>Assist in audits by gathering necessary documentation, coordinating with internal and external auditors, and maintaining audit records.</li>
	<li>Communicate with customers to collect outstanding balances, resolve payment discrepancies, and support payment reconciliation and collections activities.</li>
	<li>Document customer interactions, payment agreements, and collection efforts accurately in the system.</li>
	<li>Provide regular reports and updates to management on collections and account statuses.</li>
	<li>Support processing of employee liquidations and reimbursements by validating documentation and ensuring timely completion.</li>
	<li>Assist in tasks related to the FAST and STP Automation Project as needed.</li>
	<li>Handle the validation, booking, monitoring, and reconciliation of Certificate Withholding Tax (CWT) documents.</li>
	<li>Manage communication with business partners for BIR Form (2307) requests and assist in vouching and maintaining related tax documentation.</li>
	<li>Provide general administrative support, including data entry, record-keeping, and correspondence.</li>
	<li>Perform other duties as assigned to support operational efficiency.</li>

Key Responsibilities

Change Management

<ul>
	<li>Work with management and assist in the design and execution of strategies for implementing changes.</li>
	<li>Drive the change management process from planning to delivery of change management deliverables as well as to communicate changes to relevant stakeholders.</li>
	<li>Initiate and analyze proposed changes and assess the impact of changes on affected processes and applications.</li>
	<li>Assess change readiness and determine if the change is ready for release (go or no go)</li>
	<li>Review drafts and collaterals to be disseminated across relevant stakeholders and facilitate meetings to ensure alignment across these stakeholders.</li>
</ul>

Stakeholder Engagement &amp; Enablement

<ul>
	<li>Identify and map the stakeholders who will be affected by the change (directly and indirectly), and understand their needs, expectations, and concerns.</li>
	<li>Collaborate with process owners and HRS in identifying training needs for stakeholders who will be impacted by the change. • Manage/allocate resources to enforce change.</li>
	<li>Ensure that all process owners and stakeholders are duly trained and ready for the change.</li>
	<li>Monitor progress of stakeholders in the adoption of the change.</li>
	<li>Communication Management</li>
	<li>Communicate the purpose, benefits, and process of the change, and solicit feedback and input from the stakeholders. • Create a communication plan to ensure that stakeholders are aware of each step of the change process.</li>
	<li>Communicate successes, issues, modification, etc. to concerned stakeholders to ensure stakeholders’ support.</li>
</ul>

Change Governance

<ul>
	<li>Define methodology and framework of the Change Management team to align with the overall strategy and framework of the Change Management Office.</li>
	<li>Create and periodically update Change Management policies and procedures.</li>
	<li>Monitor and manage the day-to-day tasks and activities of the Change Management team</li>
	<li>Ensure complete documentation and proper tracking on all change initiatives.</li>
	<li>Prepare and submit regular report on the status of all change initiatives.</li>
	<li>Perform other tasks within the scope of the Change Management Office</li>
</ul>

	<li>Data Analytics: Utilize strong data analytics to measure performance, identify opportunities for improvement, and provide actionable insights to senior leadership. </li>
	<li>Transformation Leadership: Spearhead transformation initiatives that drive operational excellence and long-term financial sustainability. </li>
	<li>Pricing &amp; Profitability: Analyze and develop pricing strategies to optimize profitability while maintaining competitiveness.</li>
	<li>Performance Measurement Tools: Design and implement measurement tools to ensure accurate tracking of operational and financial performance. </li>
	<li>Contract Review &amp; Risk Management: Review contracts to assess financial risks and ensure risk mitigation strategies are in place across the group.</li>
	<li>Investment Oversight: Evaluate and monitor investment decisions to maximize returns and align with the group’s long-term financial goals. </li>
	<li>Ensure Consistency: Oversee financial practices and reporting to ensure they are consistent across all subsidiaries and business groups. </li>
