What You'll Be Doing

As our Business Development Manager, you’ll own the mid-to-bottom sales funnel — converting warm leads into signed contracts and successful placements. You'll collaborate closely with leadership and recruiting teams to close deals and expand client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

	<li>Lead 10+ discovery calls monthly with Director- and C-level decision-makers</li>
	<li>Send 6+ tailored proposals per month to qualified prospects</li>
	<li>Close 4+ new client contracts per quarter (at 20%+ fee rates)</li>
	<li>Maintain a 30–40% close rate from meeting to contract</li>
	<li>Coach and support our SDRs to keep a strong pipeline</li>
	<li>Track pipeline and performance in Salesforce</li>
	<li>Share weekly forecasts with the CEO</li>
	<li>Identify upsell opportunities: retainers, exclusive agreements, new departments</li>

As we scale, we’re looking for a driven and resourceful Sales Development / Business Development Representative (SDR/BDR) to be at the front line of our growth. Your role will focus on identifying and engaging high-potential clients, building strong pipelines, and setting qualified meetings for our Business Development team to close.

What You’ll Do

Lead Generation &amp; Prospecting

<ul>
	<li>Research and identify ideal client profiles using LinkedIn, email, and other prospecting tools.</li>
	<li>Launch strategic, personalized outreach campaigns to decision-makers to create a steady flow of qualified leads.</li>
	<li>Manage a strong, active pipeline and track engagement through CRM and outreach tools.</li>
</ul>

Meeting Generation &amp; Qualification

<ul>
	<li>Engage prospects through tailored messaging and conversations.</li>
	<li>Qualify leads and schedule meetings with the Business Development team.</li>
	<li>Clearly communicate the value of our recruiting solutions to generate interest and book high-quality appointments.</li>

Collaboration with BDMs

	<li>Work hand-in-hand with the Business Development Managers to ensure a smooth handoff of qualified leads.</li>
	<li>Share insights and feedback from outreach to help refine messaging and strategy.</li>
