	<li>Sign off on completed returns in accordance with IRS regulations.</li>

	<li>Conduct tax research and stay current on federal, state, and local tax law changes.</li>
	<li>Collaborate with internal team members to ensure high-quality client service.</li>

The People and Culture Generalist responsible for driving end-to-end HR operations aligned with business needs. The role covers talent acquisition, onboarding/offboarding, performance management, employee engagement, and benefits administration, while serving as a strategic advisor to management and employees.

Training &amp; Development:

	<li>Help maintain and promote internal communication channels to keep employees informed of company news, events, and initiatives.</li>
	<li>Evaluate engagement results and recommend actions to boost morale and workplace experience</li>
	<li>Handle employee discipline issues and provide guidance and support as needed.</li>
	<li>Support organizational change by creating effective internal communication strategies and ensuring best practices are managed.</li>
	<li>Assist with the processing of employee leave requests, absences, and other administrative tasks related to employee relations.</li>

Key Responsibilities

● Lead the design, development, and customization of AEM Sites, Templates, Components, Dialogs, Workflows, and Launches.

● Implement AEM core components, OSGi services, Sling models, servlets, and custom

integrations.

● Integrate AEM with third-party systems (CRM, eCommerce, DAM, Analytics, Marketing

● Develop RESTful and GraphQL APIs to enable headless CMS implementations.

Qualifications &amp; Skills

preferred).

● Strong expertise in:

○ Java, OSGi, Apache Sling, JCR, and HTL/Sightly

○ AEM Components, Templates, Editable Templates, Client Libraries (CSS/JS)

○ Dispatcher configuration and performance optimization

○ Workflows, Launches, and Content Fragment Models

● Experience with front-end frameworks (React, Angular, Vue.js) is a plus.

● Proficiency in CI/CD pipelines, Git, Jenkins, Maven, Cloud Manager.

● Knowledge of Adobe Marketing Cloud tools (Target, Analytics, Campaign) preferred.

● Strong problem-solving, debugging, and performance-tuning skills.

● Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
