Purpose: Own end-to-end lab-to-coach integrations, translating business and operational needs into clear technical execution.

Key Responsibilities

	<li>Analyze and document business, lab, and operational requirements.</li>
	<li>Translate requirements into clear, actionable technical specifications.</li>
	<li>Serve as intermediary between product owners, lab operations, vendors, and the app development team.</li>
	<li>Evaluate scope, feasibility, and developer estimates objectively.</li>
	<li>Improve integration quality as new lab tests are introduced regularly.</li>
	<li>Coordinate with external vendors for requirement clarification and user testing.</li>
	<li>Maintain neutrality and systems-level oversight across integrations.</li>

The Role

The Client Success Manager (CSM) is the bridge between XP Strategy’s internal PPC team our clients. This role ensures that communication, expectations, and performance stay aligned across all active accounts. You’ll act as the client’s primary point of contact, translating goals and insights into clear tasks for the PPC team, tracking progress, and ensuring timely delivery of results.

This position is ideal for someone with solid Amazon PPC knowledge who enjoys building relationships, managing projects, and keeping teams organized and accountable.

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior UX Designer to join our dynamic product team. In this role, you will be instrumental in prototyping, shipping, and iterating the designs for our products. As we expand our product lines, your expertise in designing for web, iOS, and Android platforms will be crucial. You will also collaborate closely with developers, marking up web designs and slicing assets to ensure seamless integration.

While we value your confidence in your skills, we also expect a continuous learning attitude. You should be open to constructive criticism and committed to ongoing improvement in your UX/UI design practices.

Key Responsibilities:
