Client Support Trainee

Two designers. 20,000+ doctors. Millions of patients.

That's our current ratio of team to impact. If you've worked on teams where your designs disappeared into endless review cycles, this is the opposite.

SeriousMD and NowServing are healthcare products that people actually use daily.

We need a Senior UI/UX Designer who can own product areas end-to-end, from research to shipped pixels.

About Us

Leapfroggr builds SeriousMD (the EMR platform Filipino doctors trust) and NowServing (connecting patients to providers nationwide). Our products handle real medical records, real appointments, real patient care.

We're a small team by design. No layers, no approvals queue, no "let's circle back." You'll work directly with our Design Lead, engineers, and founders. What you design this week can ship next week.

What You'll Actually Do

Own UI/UX design for entire product areas across web, iOS, and Android.

Take features from user research through wireframes through polished UI through shipped product.

Build and extend our design system — we care about consistency at scale.

Collaborate daily with engineering to make sure what ships matches what you designed.

Run usability tests with real doctors and patients, then iterate based on what you learn.

Present your work, defend your decisions, and stay open when you're wrong.

What We Offer

Remote-friendly (distributed across the Philippines)

Health insurance

Flexible hours

Paid leave (sick, vacation, maternity/paternity, bereavement)

Real ownership — your name is on the work, and the work matters

How to Apply

Send your portfolio showing your process, not just final screens. Tell us which of our products (SeriousMD or NowServing) you'd want to work on first, and why.

Senior UI/UX Designer

We are looking for a talented and experienced Senior UI Designer to join our innovative product team. As a Senior UI Designer, you will play a crucial role in shaping the visual identity of our products across web, iOS, and Android platforms. You will be responsible for creating intuitive and visually appealing interfaces that enhance user experience and engagement. Your role will involve close collaboration with product managers, and developers to ensure that our products are both beautiful and functional.

We are seeking someone who is passionate about design, detail-oriented, and committed to staying current with industry trends and best practices. You should be open to feedback and continuously strive to improve your design skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Design visually compelling and user-friendly interfaces for web, iOS, and Android platforms.

Develop and maintain design systems and style guides to ensure consistency across all products.

Create high-fidelity mockups, prototypes, and visual assets for development.

Work closely with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs.

Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions and iterate on designs.

Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to continually enhance our design processes.

Present design concepts and solutions to stakeholders and incorporate feedback.

Senior UI Designer

20,000 doctors. Millions of patients. A lean design team — soon to be more.

SeriousMD is the EMR platform Filipino doctors trust most. NowServing connects patients to providers across the country. Together, we're reshaping how healthcare works in the Philippines and design is at the center of it.

Our design team is intentionally small and senior. No bureaucracy, no design-by-committee. Your decisions ship and get tested by real users almost immediately.

We need a Design Lead to own design strategy and build this team intentionally.

About Us

Leapfroggr builds SeriousMD and NowServing — healthcare products used daily by 20,000+ doctors and millions of patients. Our design decisions directly impact how physicians manage patient records, how clinics run their schedules, and how patients find and book care.

This isn't abstract "healthcare technology." It's real workflows, real people, real consequences.

What You'll Actually Do

Lead and grow the design team. Today that's one designer who knows our products deeply. Tomorrow it's the team you build.

Own design strategy across SeriousMD (B2B EMR) and NowServing (patient marketplace).

Stay hands-on — you'll still design, not just manage.

Work directly with product and engineering to ship features weekly, not quarterly.

Run user research with actual doctors and patients — not personas, real people.

Build and maintain design systems that scale across web, iOS, and Android.

What We Offer

Remote-friendly (distributed across the Philippines)

Health insurance

Flexible hours

Paid leave (sick, vacation, maternity/paternity, bereavement)

A team that values craft and impact over process and theater

How to Apply

Send your portfolio and a short note about why healthcare design interests you. Bonus points if you include one thing you'd change about SeriousMD or NowServing after looking at them.

Design Lead

Most design jobs start with months of onboarding before you touch anything real. This one doesn't.

You'll work directly with our Design Lead on SeriousMD and NowServing — products used by 20,000+ doctors and millions of patients. Small team means steep learning curve, real ownership, and work that actually ships.

If you're a designer who's hungry to grow fast, this is that opportunity.

About Us

Leapfroggr builds SeriousMD (EMR for doctors) and NowServing (healthcare marketplace for patients). Our products handle real medical workflows — scheduling, records, patient communication, payments. Design decisions here have consequences.

You'll have mentorship and support, but also real responsibility from week one.

What You'll Actually Do

Design UI/UX for web, iOS, and Android. You'll work across platforms.

Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups.

Collaborate closely with our Design Lead to develop your craft.

Work with engineers to ship your designs and learn what survives implementation.

Participate in user research. Watch real doctors and patients use your work.

Contribute to our design system and learn how scalable design works.

What We Offer

Remote-friendly (distributed across the Philippines)

Health insurance

Flexible hours

Paid leave (sick, vacation, maternity/paternity, bereavement)

Direct mentorship from our Design Lead

Accelerated growth — you'll learn more here in one year than three years somewhere else

How to Apply

Send your portfolio. Tell us what kind of designer you want to become — we'll tell you if we can help you get there.

UI/UX Designer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior UX Designer to join our dynamic product team. In this role, you will be instrumental in prototyping, shipping, and iterating the designs for our products. As we expand our product lines, your expertise in designing for web, iOS, and Android platforms will be crucial. You will also collaborate closely with developers, marking up web designs and slicing assets to ensure seamless integration.

While we value your confidence in your skills, we also expect a continuous learning attitude. You should be open to constructive criticism and committed to ongoing improvement in your UX/UI design practices.

Key Responsibilities:

Prototype, ship, and iterate design solutions for web, iOS, and Android platforms.

Mark up web designs and slice assets for developers.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers and developers, to ensure design feasibility and excellence.

Conduct user research and apply findings to inform and validate design decisions.

Create wireframes, sitemaps, and prototypes to effectively communicate design ideas.

Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to continually enhance our design processes.

Present design concepts and solutions to stakeholders and incorporate feedback.

Knowledge of AI-assisted design workflows and practical experience using tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or similar generative AI platforms to enhance UX research, content creation, design exploration, and productivity is a plus.
