Recruitment:

	<li>Manage timely posting of job ads through external media and company website.</li>
	<li>Screen job applications and conduct entrance examinations.</li>
	<li>Schedule job interviews and conduct reference checks on candidates.</li>
	<li>Conduct HR orientations and facilitate office tours for new hires.</li>
	<li>Prepare initial job offers, subject to Management approval.</li>
