* Editing is a basic technical skill, you will not receive higher compensation for just completing editing tasks &gt; increase compensation is based on whether your edits increase our stats/Kpis/metrics.

Key Responsibilities: 
&gt; Meet our Team's daily Marketing Deadlines 
&gt; Edit short form and long form videos 
&gt; ability to follow instructions on how to edit videos and images for social media 
&gt; edit and create graphics for various projects 
&gt; ability to edit videos quickly to help the team meet their deadlines 

Work Hours 
*Full-time 40 hours per week, work schedule is based on your time zone and must be consistent but must attend our morning marketing huddle mon-fri 8:09am cst - 8:45am cst
