	<li>Triage, prioritize, and resolve incoming tickets in Zendesk, applying correct macros, tags, and SLA policies with precision.</li>
	<li>Switch rapidly and efficiently between multiple tasks without loss of context or quality.</li>
	<li>Escalate complex or high-priority issues to specialized teams using correct Zendesk workflow procedures.</li>
	<li>Maintain detailed, well-structured ticket notes and documentation within Zendesk to ensure seamless case handoffs.</li>
	<li>Monitor and manage personal ticket queue to ensure zero SLA breaches; proactively surface at-risk tickets to team leads.</li>
	<li>Collaborate in real time via internal tools (Slack, internal chat) while simultaneously handling live customer cases.</li>
	<li>Contribute to knowledge base articles and FAQs to reduce repeat ticket volume.</li>
	<li>Meet or exceed KPIs including CSAT, First Reply Time, Full Resolution Time, and tickets handled per hour.</li>

Ylopo LLC

The Data Feed Coordinator is responsible for coordinating the various components of Ylopo’s IDX data feed integrations, including compliance, billing, and reporting. This team member will correspond with various members of MLS boards and may interact with clients and/or brokers on occasion. This role will be email and phone based. This role reports to Erin Druskbasky [MLS Operations Manager].

Team members well-suited to this role will have a track record of being client-focused and providing exceptional service, both internally and externally within an organization. Attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills are a must. This role requires excellent communication skills, both through email/tickets and over the phone. Candidates do not have to have prior experience working at real estate, software or marketing companies, but should be willing to learn the intricacies of the Ylopo product and the nuances and compliance requirements of the many MLS boards we partner with. Most importantly, we’re looking for candidates who are quick-thinking, detail-oriented, patient, positive, and thoughtful.

 

Responsibilities:

<ul>
	<li>Manage IDX paperwork and reporting for Ylopo clients to ensure compliance with MLS boards</li>
	<li>Maintain existing documentation and build new documentation (Google Sheets/Docs/Excel Spreadsheets) based on internal organization of MLS boards and their related IDX feeds</li>
	<li>Review and report IDX feed technical issues to MLS boards and vendor contacts</li>
	<li>Respond (via phone/email/text) to all client and/or MLS board requests in a timely manner (2 hour TAT) to provide a high level of customer support</li>
	<li>Speak confidently and professionally with MLS board representatives, clients, and brokers</li>
	<li>Complete special projects and outbound calls as needed</li>
	<li>Serve as subject matter expert for Ylopo MLS/IDX data feed process</li>
	<li>Learn the ins and outs of Ylopo product</li>
</ul>

 

Specific Tasks:

<ul>
	<li>Review the daily IDX feed support queue; respond to tickets or assign tickets to appropriate team member for response</li>
	<li>Own IDX paperwork for various processes (e.g. brokerage change, domain name change, new IDX feed requests, license transfers)</li>
	<li>Follow up with MLS board(s) for paperwork approval</li>
	<li>Coordinate with billing team on IDX/MLS fees for various boards</li>
	<li>Manage responses related to IDX/MLS issues in internal slack channels</li>
	<li>Audit monthly/quarterly client lists for MLS compliance</li>
