	<li>everybody starts at $6 usd/hr during the first 3 months probation period. The first 3 months we are testing your technical skills.</li>
	<li>After the first 3 months, your productions will be evaluated based on our standards of editing. We will rate your productions on a scale of 1 to 5. 5 is your productions are 100% in alignment with our standards of editing. 3 = your productions are 50% in alignment with our standards of editing. 1 = your productions are completely opposite of our standards of editing.</li>
	<li>a rating of 5 will result in your base salary increasing to $10/hr and you'll qualify to earn quarterly bonuses, giving you the potential to earn a total compensation of $15/hr. (note: at this hourly rate, you will be required to produce 2x more than your first 3 months, more pay means more production requirements)</li>
	<li>a rating of 3 will result in no increase in base salary</li>
	<li>a rating of 1 will result in termination of employment</li>

Key Responsibilities:

	<li>Create and manage our shopify account to promote our e-commerce business</li>
	<li>Edit long form and short form videos daily for e-commerce and clinic and social media</li>
	<li>create &amp; graphics for clinic projects and e-commerce business (eg t-shirt designs)</li>
</ul>

Work Schedule:

<ul>
	<li>Full-time = minimum of 40 hrs/wk.</li>
	<li>Part-time = 20 hrs/wk.</li>
	<li>You have the flexibility to choose your work hours, however, all tasks must be completed &amp; submitted by 5am cst everyday M-F, and you required to attend our morning team huddles from 8:09am-8:45am cst M-F.</li>
