Job Responsibilities

1. Build and execute recruiting strategies to meet hiring goals 
2. Screen resumes and applications to identify top candidates for technical roles 
3. Source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, networking events, and referrals 
4. Conduct initial interviews to assess qualifications, culture fit, and salary expectations 
5. Coordinate with hiring managers to schedule interviews and gather feedback 
6. Analyze hiring metrics and report on recruitment pipeline progress 
7. Guide candidates through the offer process, including negotiations and onboarding 
8. Maintain accurate records in our applicant tracking system (ATS)

As a Senior Human Resources Associate, you’ll play a key role in hiring, supporting, and engaging our people, from leading day-to-day recruitment to contributing to employee experience and HR initiatives. You’ll work closely with the Head of HR to keep operations running smoothly, improve processes, and ensure our team stays aligned, supported, and high-performing. 	<li>Conduct new hire orientations and assist with onboarding to ensure a smooth and welcoming integration into the team</li>
