Main Duties and Responsibilities:

I. University-level Business Partnering

<ul>
	<li>Keeps track of updates and developments that affect the University as an organization, particularly its facilities and campus master plan.</li>
	<li>Keeps abreast of the latest trends, industry, and general community practices in facilities, utilities, energy management, custodial services, campus development and construction, campus landscape and architecture, grounds management, and waste management.</li>
	<li>Builds and sustains strategic and mutual partnerships with key stakeholders.</li>
</ul>

II. Strategic Facilities Management

<ul>
	<li>Provides decision makers with data forecasts, insights, and recommendations on all aspects related to facilities management efforts, balancing aesthetics, functionality, and safety.</li>
	<li>Constantly reviews University facilities-related plans, programs, and services, and recommends appropriate interventions when necessary.</li>
	<li>Oversees design studies, implementation plans, and evaluation reports on facilities improvement and changes, monitoring infrastructure and utilities accessibility, and conditions, capacities, and utilization reports vis-a-vis the long- and short-term needs and direction of the University, and recommends necessary improvements and possible priority projects.</li>
	<li>Ensures business continuity by institutionalizing a proactive and preventive maintenance process of our facilities, and monitoring the performance and progress of campus development projects.</li>
	<li>Oversees a comprehensive and integrated framework and guidelines for campus development, looking into infrastructure planning, space planning and utilization, and environment planning.</li>
</ul>

III. Office Management and Development

<ul>
	<li>Sets the direction, metrics, and budget for the Office.</li>
	<li>Oversees the development, review, and, if necessary, updating and revision of Office policies, and provides inputs for the development of general Administration cluster policies.</li>
	<li>Monitors and evaluates the Office's processes, systems, programs, and practices to ensure continuous improvement, operational efficiency, adaptive programs, and effective delivery of services.</li>
	<li>Manages the performance of Group Heads and key administrators in the Office, by setting standards/targets, monitoring and evaluating performance, and providing development opportunities.</li>
	<li>Installs systems to ensure alignment of facilities management plans with the University's strategic plans.</li>
	<li>Oversees the coaching and mentoring conducted by the Heads in terms of managing performance, disciplinary actions, and other employee-related management.</li>
</ul>

IV. Performs other duties that may be required by the Immediate Supervisor and 
authorized representative

Investor Strategy Manager

Main Responsibility

The Territory Sales Supervisor – HPL Special Projects is responsible for driving sales growth and expanding the market for High Pressure Laminates (HPL) across all channels, including B2B, Modern Trade (MT), project-based, and other non-traditional segments.

This role focuses on identifying new business opportunities, managing key accounts, and coordinating closely with internal teams such as sales and logistics. The position plays a critical role in strengthening and growing the overall HPL category sales.

Key Responsibilities

	<li>Sales Management – HPL Special Projects
	<ul>
		<li>Develop and implement sales strategies to drive HPL revenue growth.</li>
		<li>Identify, acquire, and manage B2B accounts, including contractors, developers, fabricators, and institutional clients.</li>
		<li>Achieve assigned monthly and annual sales targets for HPL products.</li>
	</ul>
	</li>
	<li>Market Development – Project &amp; Alternative Channels
	<ul>
		<li>Develop and expand distribution channels for HPL products.</li>
		<li>Identify and penetrate new markets, including commercial, residential, hospitality, and institutional projects.</li>
		<li>Propose and implement promotional strategies to increase product awareness within the project segment.</li>
		<li>Gather market intelligence and competitor insights to support strategic planning and decision-making.</li>
	</ul>
	</li>
	<li>Project Coordination &amp; Execution
	<ul>
		<li>Coordinate closely with internal teams (sales, plant, logistics, and importation) to ensure:
		<ul>
			<li>Product availability and accurate lead times</li>
			<li>Efficient order processing and timely delivery schedules</li>
			<li>Alignment with technical requirements and specifications</li>
			<li>Proper handling of sample requests and approvals</li>
		</ul>

		<li>Address client concerns and ensure smooth project execution from initial inquiry to completion.</li>
