• Reach out to potential merchants and business partners through outbound calls using qualified leads.
• Present and explain project offerings through engaging sales pitches.
• Identify new business opportunities through lead generation and basic market research.
• Schedule meetings and presentations with merchant owners, managers, and decision-makers.
• Follow up with prospects, build relationships, support negotiations, and help facilitate contract completion.
• Coordinate successful partnerships with the onboarding team.
• Assist in collecting and verifying partner information and onboarding documents.
• Support merchant partners with updates, including menu changes, content updates, and photo uploads, when needed.
• Communicate partner concerns and feedback to the appropriate supervisors.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery and a positive partner experience.
• Meet individual and team performance targets and participate in team meetings and improvement initiatives.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable making outbound calls and presenting products or services to potential business partners.
• Sales-oriented, proactive, and motivated to achieve targets.
• Able to build and maintain professional relationships with clients and business owners.
• Organized and capable of handling follow-ups, documentation, and basic administrative tasks.
• Willing to report onsite at Tektite Towers, Ortigas, and conduct fieldwork as required.
• Sales, telemarketing, business development, or customer-facing experience is an advantage.
