SeriousMD is the EMR and practice management platform used by doctors across the Philippines — records, scheduling, teleconsults, billing, and analytics in one app. NowServing is the patient side: it's how patients find those doctors and book them.

We're opening territories and need people who already have doctor relationships to work them. Your job is to get doctors on the platform, get them actually using it, and introduce them to the clinical programs we run on it — weight management among them, with more coming.

If you're an active med rep with an existing route, a former rep with relationships still intact, or a clinic-side professional with a strong doctor network, this is built to fit alongside what you already do.

Scope of Engagement

The Nurse Navigator is a registered nurse who serves as the central point of contact for patients and families moving through the care continuum. About the Program

Our GLP-1 program supports patients on GLP-1 for weight management. Most GLP-1 patients in the Philippines are injecting with very little nutrition support — that gap is the job.

You'll work alongside our prescribing physicians from first titration through maintenance. All consultations are online.

What You'll Do

<ul>
	<li>Conduct nutrition assessments and build individualized care plans via teleconsultation; adjust at every dose escalation.</li>
	<li>Set and monitor protein targets to protect muscle and bone during rapid weight loss, and watch for micronutrient deficiency risk (vitamin D, calcium, B12, iron). Endorse supplementation or labs to the physician as indicated.</li>
	<li>Build plans around how Filipinos actually eat — rice as the dietary center, affordable local proteins (isda, manok, itlog, tokwa, monggo), merienda patterns, and handaan. </li>
	<li>Manage GI side effects — nausea, vomiting, constipation, LBM, reflux, early satiety — by adjusting meal timing, texture, volume, and fiber. Escalate red flags to the physician immediately.</li>
	<li>Prepare patients nutritionally for dose reductions and discontinuation driven by cost, supply, or HMO denial, well before they happen.</li>
	<li>Reinforce cold-chain storage (2–8°C) during brownouts and travel. Escalate immediately if a patient reports sourcing from unregistered sellers.</li>
	<li>Use motivational interviewing to build habits that hold post-medication; screen for disordered eating and refer out.</li>
	<li>Use the camera deliberately — ref and pantry walkthroughs, label reading, portions on the patient's own plates. Manage asynchronous follow-up between consults.</li>
	<li>Document in the EMR and practice per DOH telemedicine guidelines and the Data Privacy Act (RA 10173) — approved platforms only.</li>
