What You'll Actually Do

	<li>Own UI/UX design for entire product areas across web, iOS, and Android.</li>
	<li>Take features from user research through wireframes through polished UI through shipped product.</li>
	<li>Build and extend our design system — we care about consistency at scale.</li>
	<li>Collaborate daily with engineering to make sure what ships matches what you designed.</li>
	<li>Run usability tests with real doctors and patients, then iterate based on what you learn.</li>
	<li>Present your work, defend your decisions, and stay open when you're wrong.</li>

We need an experienced CRM Business Analyst / Implementation Consultant to lead the requirements gathering, system design, and to work closely with the BeatRoute integrator to ensure a successful implementation.

	<li>Maintain accurate and current client information using spreadsheets and/or online databases.</li>
	<li>Respond to general inquires as the in-house knowledge source on clients enrollment particulars.</li>
	<li>Identify and report issues to appropriate departments and management leadership.</li>
