Provide support to the Store Development Manager/Adidas Philippines across all projects. Assist in the preparation of project timelines and monitor their progress. Analyze issues and proactively flag potential problems. Coordinate with various stakeholders such as Store Development, Visual Merchandising, Key Accounts, Finance, IT, DTC, franchise/wholesale partners, and landlords (mall representatives). Assist with documentation tasks such as preparing Purchase Requests (PR), monitoring invoices, creating presentations, and compiling other related reports (e.g., weekly/daily project updates). Support store setups and installations, including coordination with suppliers and contractors. Conduct site visits, ocular inspections, and attend meetings with the Store Development Manager.
