- Manage and grow online communities across assigned social media platforms
- Monitor, respond to, and engage with audience comments, messages, and discussions in a timely and brand-appropriate manner
- Track trending topics, conversations, and cultural moments relevant to the brand and identify opportunities for engagement
- Develop and execute community engagement strategies to strengthen brand presence and loyalty
- Coordinate with content, creative, and strategy teams to ensure consistent messaging across platforms
- Prepare regular reports on community performance, sentiment, and insights using available tools and platform analytics
- Support social media campaigns through real-time engagement and community amplification
- Escalate sensitive issues or reputational risks when necessary in accordance with brand guidelines
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Active and highly engaged on major social media platforms
- At least 1 year of experience in social media community management and/or content creation
- Strong awareness of trending news, digital culture, and platform-specific conversations
- Demonstrated active presence and understanding of evolving social media behavior and audience engagement
- Background in Digital Marketin is an advantage
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications with strong reporting and documentation skills
- Experience in using social listening or analytics tools is a plus
