Design, develop, test, and maintain web and desktop applications using .NET (C#, ASP.NET, .NET Core). Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features. Write clean, scalable, and well-documented code following best practices. Debug and resolve technical issues and bugs. Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback. Maintain and improve existing applications and optimize performance. Integrate data storage solutions such as SQL Server or other databases. Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices.

Analyze current business processes and systems to identify areas for improvement or enhancement Work with stakeholders to gather, define, and document functional and non-functional requirements Translate business needs into clear system specifications and user stories Collaborate with software developers and QA teams during system design, development, testing, and deployment Create detailed documentation including process flows, use cases, and technical requirements Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) by preparing test cases and facilitating issue resolution Provide post-implementation support and system troubleshooting Maintain up-to-date knowledge of emerging technologies and industry trends

Job Description : Design, build, and maintain ETL/ELT processes to extract data from various sources, transform it, and load it into data warehouses or data lakes Collaborate with data architects and analysts to understand data requirements and ensure data quality and integrity Optimize existing ETL workflows for performance, scalability, and maintainability Create and maintain documentation related to data pipelines, data flows, and data models Monitor ETL jobs and troubleshoot issues to ensure data accuracy and availability Implement data validation and quality checks throughout the ETL process Support and maintain batch and real-time data integration solutions

Responsibilty : Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies (Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Retrospectives, and Reviews). Guide and coach the team and organization on Agile/Scrum practices. Help remove impediments and foster an environment for high-performing team dynamics and continuous delivery. Collaborate with Product Owners to maintain a healthy and prioritized backlog. Shield the team from external interference and distractions. Track and report Agile metrics (e.g., velocity, burn-down/burn-up charts). Promote a culture of transparency, continuous improvement, and collaboration. Coordinate with other Scrum Masters, Release Managers, and teams to ensure alignment and dependency resolution. Support Agile transformation and change management initiatives across the organization.
