Education – At least graduate with a Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or any related course.

Related Work Experience – At least 6 months - 1 year of experience in developing automation scripts and testing preferably using Selenium, Appium, Cucumber, or Robot

• Exposure in any automation frameworks such as Selenium, Appium, Cucumber, or Robot
• Exposure in Java, Javascript, C# or .Net is a plus

Knowledge – knowledgeable in the following:

• Test Cases Creation and Analysis
• Manual Testing (black box, white box, etc.)
• Defect Reporting and Monitoring
• Automated Testing (desirable)

Design/Development:

• Supports existing Test Automation Suite by conducting timely analysis and application of fixes.
• Helps maintain and expand the Test Automation Suite.
• Assists in designing and developing automated test scripts from Functional and Technical designs.
• Participates in the selection of automated test development tools.
• Helps review and understand Business requirements, Functional, and Technical
• Design documents, and develop a Test Plan.

Documentation:

• Assists in developing and/or maintaining automated test plans and cases.
• Helps in maintaining documentation of test results.

Testing:

• Assists in the execution of test cases and test scripts.
• Conducts new feature testing, sanity testing, regression testing, and bug fix testing.
• Assists/helps analyze and identify which tests should be automated and which are not feasible for automation.
• Other job-related activities that may be assigned from time to time.
