- You will work with the team handle day to day operation, and maintain IT infrastructures services (LAN, WLAN, Servers, Firewall, CCTV, IP Telephony, Access Door, ect)
- You will keep productivity benchmark as per team’s minimum standard
- You will carefully follow instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform assigned tasks.
- You will ensure that all work is processed according to the team’s minimum standard, and contribute in the execution and improvements of IT procedures, policies, and goals.
- You will report any issues or system limitations to the direct supervisor.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Bachelor’s degree in Computing, Information Technology, or equivalent.
- Must have excellent communication skills in Bahasa and English (both written & spoken)
- Must have experience and good knowledge of networking (hardware, software, and etc).
- Nice to have Experience with common enterprise technologies and concepts, such as Campus LAN, WLAN, WAN, Basic Infrastructure Security, ITSM.
- Must have time management skills, experience in working with multiple projects simultaneously.
- Must have excellent analytical and numerical skills
- Must be able to work under the guidance of team leaders and alongside other team members to ensure that organizational goals are met
