- Manage projects from turnover of sale to final installation and client handover
- Review drawings, technical specifications, quotations, and project requirements for completeness and feasibility
- Conduct site measurements, inspections, and site coordination meetings
- Create and manage project timelines, schedules, and installation plans
- Coordinate with sales, technical designers, suppliers, installers, and subcontractors to ensure smooth execution
- Monitor project budgets, materials, deliveries, and procurement schedules
- Ensure site readiness prior to production, delivery, and installation
- Resolve technical issues, site conflicts, and design-related concerns proactively
- Track project progress and provide regular updates to management and clients
- Ensure quality control standards are followed during fabrication and installation
- Manage punch lists, rectifications, and final turnover requirements
- Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to specifications
- Maintain proper project documentation including drawings, site reports, variation orders, and approvals
- Enforce safety, installation standards, and company processes across project sites
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Architecture, Mechanical Engineering, or related field
- Experience in construction, fit-outs, cabinetry, furniture, or interior projects preferred
- Strong understanding of technical drawings, construction methods, and site coordination
- Experience handling contractors, suppliers, and project schedules
- Strong problem-solving and stakeholder management skills
- Comfortable with frequent site visits and field work
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Excel, project tracking tools, and documentation
