Performing General Administration tasks. Support in managing general stuffs : supplies, stationary, facilities and inventory maintenance, etc. Support in managing Security and Office Boy team. Performing maintenance of office building and other facilities (air conditioner, desk & chair, laptop, etc). Handling broken facilities. Managing company assets.

Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners. Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks Manage IT infrastructure, system monitoring and reports Implement and monitor office IT security and antivirus Other duties include performing first level troubleshooting and support for scheduled server backups

Assist with project documentation, reports, schedules, and updates. Help maintain project files and records in accordance with company standards. Coordinate team meetings and ensure timely communication between project stakeholders. Perform general administrative tasks: data entry, filing, and calendar management.

Sells product/platform application Bosnet to clients. Develop network and customer base. Find a new clients. Identify and ensure customer retention needs. Enquiry customers feedback for product improvement. Review and benchmarking internal products and pricing to stay competitive in the same business peers. Maintain strong relationships with key decision makers and users within an organization. Arrange prospective clients for presentation and demo sessions. Make product and price proposal for prospective client .

Coding with company’s standard methodology and policy. Debugging Testing Technical installation/deployment Technical optimization Perform database management (Query, Restore Backup, Tuning, etc.) Update progress to Lead and Project Manager

Coding with company’s standard methodology and policy. Design, program, build, deploy and maintain website or software. Debugging, Testing, Technical installation, & Technical optimization. Assist team & update progress to user. NOTE This internship program lasts for 4-6 months. If your performance is good and you pass the follow-up test (which will be conducted after the internship), there is a possibility for us to extend an offer as a contract employee

Implement Bosnet Distribution software into the clients (Bosnet will give you the training how to do the implementation). Assist solution designer/system analyst in testing (QA) application Responsible as support or helpdesk in assisting troubleshoot customer problem Transfer knowledge/training about business process and application to customer. Setup, configure and test the application to ensure it runs properly. Doing live preparation, such as: Data transfer, application setting, get sign off balance, etc. (checklist will be provided). Monitoring the implementation process: supervising user data entry, providing direction and solution to problems or errors. Documenting project, such as: Issues log and timesheet. Update Project Manager on the progress of implementation on periodic basis.

Will be responsible for Technical Presales & Project Management activities, including, Client Engagement: Engage with clients to understand their technical and business requirements, and provide tailored recommendations and solutions. Solution Design: Develop and present technical solutions and proposals that address client needs, leveraging our product and service offerings. Technical Presentations: Deliver compelling technical presentations and product demonstrations to clients and prospects, highlighting the benefits and capabilities of our solutions. Proof of Concept (POC): Manage and execute proof of concept (POC) activities to showcase the effectiveness of our solutions in real-world scenarios. Proposal Development: Collaborate with the sales team to create proposals, including technical specifications, solution architecture, and pricing. Market and Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor offerings, and advancements in technology. Collaboration: Work closely with product management, engineering, and support teams to relay client feedback and drive continuous improvement in our solutions. Project Management: Oversee and manage projects from initial proposal through to successful implementation. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
