- Identify and pursue opportunities to upgrade or retrofit existing elevator and escalator systems.
- Conduct site surveys and recommend technical solutions aligned with safety and compliance standards.
- Prepare and present modernization proposals to building owners and property managers.
- Coordinate with internal teams for pricing, scheduling, and smooth project execution.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in business development or technical sales within the construction industry
- Engineering graduates are preferred, particularly those with a background in Mechanical Engineering
- Residency near assigned area of coverage is preferred for ease of mobility and fieldwork
- Experience in HVAC or elevator systems is a strong advantage
