Learning & Development
- Identifies employee development needs, manages training programs and vendors, conducts training needs analysis and job evaluations, provides performance counseling, and ensures HR competency and documentation are updated.
Operations & Policies
- Ensures compliance with labor regulations and company policies by monitoring legal requirements, updating HR policies, reviewing tardiness reports and issuing memos, advising managers on HR practices, and counseling employees on company rules and procedures.
Talent Acquisition & Onboarding / Employee Retention
- Supports talent acquisition and workforce planning by assisting in hiring, onboarding, and salary package preparation, ensuring job descriptions and organizational structures are updated, monitoring turnover and retention, and supporting employee engagement initiatives.
Reports and other Deliverables
- Ensure the Masterlist is updated, manage last pay process, up to releasing, analyze exit interviews to identify trends and recommended areas for improvement, monitor the timely release separeted employees' Final pay, monthly review of Attendance reports and release related Memos, and timely NOPA/preparation routing.
Performance Management
- Oversees employee performance evaluations, ensures timely probationary assessments, prepares regularization contracts and termination letters, and assists in developing performance management tools such as KRAs, KPIs, SLAs, and PMS.
Transformation & Change
- Assist the HR Manager with all the needs for the transformational change such as Data Gathering, Reports, Processes, and Implementations, and ensure Peoplecore digitalization and Intelligent transformation.
OSH Compliance
- Submit and comply with all the required annual reports by the Occupational Safety and Health department.
Other HR tasks
- Become an active member of committees such as, but not limited to, the following company activities: team building, company Christmas party, and other activities that may be assigned to HRD.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology or any equivalent
- At least 5 years solid experience within supervisory capacity in Human Resources, Organization Development, and Management
- With good knowledge in recruitment, Philippine Labor Law, Mandatory benefits, Performance management, employee relations, training and development
- With strong interpersonal and leadership skills
