Remote Sales Representative  

Company Summary:

Ecube Labs is a leading company in the smart waste management industry. Our waste brokerage business, Haulla, now serves over 20 states and continues to expand in North America.

Position Summary:

Haulla is looking for a remote sales representative who can build and maintain a full sales pipeline from prospecting to closing contracts by cold-calling business owners in US cities. Candidates will work fully remotely during US business hours (09:00-17:00 CT).

Compensation:

• Base hourly rate provided
• Commission structure in addition to hourly rate
• Recurring bonuses on top of hourly rate and commission

Benefits and Support:

• 2-weeks of training
• 2 months of structured onboarding and performance-driven guidance led by Sales Team Leaders
• Total $800 USD "settling-in grant" given for the first 2 months if you fulfill the requirements (not included in your base rate)

Average Monthly Incentive Range of top performing agents: Php 120,000 ~ Php 180,000

The mentioned amount of Php 45,000 signifies the achieved minimum sales performance requirement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain a full sales pipeline from prospecting to close in a defined territory through cold-calling and CRM
• Exceed sales goals and expectations for quota
• Work remotely during US business hours (07:00-15:00 in PST / Remote Job)

What We're Looking For:

• This is a dedicated full-time position
• Candidates should demonstrate a track record of successful outbound sales experience
• Candidates should be able to comfortably navigate and thrive in challenging sales scenarios
• Candidates must have native-level proficiency in English in order to effectively communicate with US-based customers
• Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot) is a plus
