Job Description:

Evo Tech Software Solutions Inc. is looking for a Senior Graphic Designer to join our fast-growing eCommerce team. You'll be responsible for designing high-quality digital assets for Amazon listings, websites, retail platforms, and social media. If you thrive in a small-team environment, have an exceptional eye for American design aesthetics, and are confident managing hundreds of product creatives, we'd love to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

• Design Across Multiple Platforms: Create visually compelling digital assets for our website, Amazon listings, retail platforms, and social media channels, ensuring the highest quality standards for each.
• Website & Amazon Focus: Design and optimize product pages, banners, and promotional materials specifically tailored for eCommerce platforms like our website and Amazon.
• Retailer & Social Media Assets: Develop eye-catching, on-brand creatives for use across retail partner sites and social media, ensuring designs stand out and align with the brand’s visual identity.
• Prioritize & Manage Projects: With hundreds of products to cover, manage your workload effectively to ensure timely delivery of high-quality designs while meeting business needs.
• Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with our small team to ensure a cohesive brand identity across all platforms, from product visuals to social media ads.
• Stay Agile: In our fast-growing eCommerce business, you’ll need to be adaptable, resourceful, and hands-on to manage the varied design demands of a small, scrappy team.

Requirements:

• Experience: 5+ years in graphic design, with a focus on eCommerce, product design, and digital marketing across websites, Amazon, retail platforms, and social media.
• Portfolio: A portfolio showcasing high-end digital design work for websites, Amazon listings, retail platforms, and social media – highlighting an exceptional eye for detail and an American design aesthetic.
• Tools: Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma, and other digital design tools.
• Attention to detail: Ability to create polished, professional visuals for a wide range of products, ensuring consistency and high quality across all channels.
• Self-Starter: You're a proactive, independent worker who thrives in a small team and can balance multiple design projects at once.
• Prioritization Skills: Effective at managing design tasks and prioritizing based on deadlines, business priorities, and product needs.
• Strong Communicator: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, able to collaborate with remote teams and present design concepts clearly.
