Role Overview:

We’re seeking someone who is skilled in Google Sheets and formulas, or familiar with Looker Studio, enjoys improving team workflows, and is comfortable taking on additional TikTok-related tasks as required.

Key Requirements:

• Proficient in Google Sheets and its formulas (experienced with reporting, familiar with =Index, =Vlookup, Xlookup, etc.) knows Looker Studio.
• High initiative in learning team SOPs and independently finding solutions online.
• Tech-savvy and curious (familiarity with APIs and digital marketing tools is a plus).
• Clear English communication skills for occasional client chat or video call.
• Knowledge of affiliate marketing or digital marketing campaigns (TikTok, etc.) is a plus, but not required.

Main Responsibilities:

• Exporting, extracting, and updating Google Sheets/Looker Studio for reporting.
• Creating and maintaining organized Google Sheets files for the team.
• Occasionally assisting with TikTok Affiliate marketing and TikTok Shop tasks.
