Join our team as an HR Supervisor and play a key role in overseeing HR operations, related to Manpower Planning, Compensation and Benefits, Training and Development, Employee Relations, and others
Kualifikasi Minimum
Qualifications:
- Graduate of AB/BS Major in Psychology or any Behavioral Science course
- With experience in Human Resource management preferably coming from a manufacturing company
- At least 1 year of experience in a supervisory capacity
- Familiar with Philippine Labor Laws and other Human Resource processes
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Flexible in time schedules and can handle work pressure at all times
- Willing to work in Mabalacat, Pampanga
