This role is primarily focused on transforming social media and digital data into actionable insights that drive client strategies. You will lead the reporting and analysis function for assigned accounts, creating compelling reports and dashboards. While your main focus is on data, you will also apply these insights to manage our clients' online communities, ensuring customers are heard and supported by monitoring interactions and recommending responses.
Expected Outcomes:
First 90 Days (New Hires)
- Deliver at least one comprehensive digital marketing or social media report, focusing on competitor benchmarking, audience insights, and/or platform analysis.
Support the account team with robust data gathering and validation from multiple sources. - Independently manage community engagement (monitoring, recommending responses, handling FAQs) for at least one client account.\
- Learn and master Hashtag Interactive’s workflows and tools.
Typical Expectations:
- Build and deliver recurring reports (weekly, monthly, quarterly) across digital and social media platforms.
- Create dashboards that track KPIs and highlight performance trends, risks, and opportunities.
- Conduct competitor and market benchmarking, presenting findings that shape strategy.
- Translate raw data into clear, actionable insights and recommendations for account teams and clients.
- Fully manage social media monitoring and community management support for at least two accounts.
- Update FAQs, escalation paths, and playbooks for assigned accounts.
- Proactively flag sentiment shifts, recurring issues, or reputational risks.
Kualifikasi Minimum
Work Experience Requirement:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in community management in the English language.
- Experience responding to comments, direct messages, and inquiries using various digital channels, including social media and email.
- Experience doing social media reports (digital metrics, observations, analysis)
- Experience in social media management for brands and reporting is preferred
