Responsible for all trade related executions and activities.

Responsiblities:

Increase Brand Awareness

• Craft merchandizing campaigns and animations to effectively reach target audiences
• Research and analyses market trends, competitor offerings, demographics, and other information that affects marketing strategies
• Maintenance of in-store brand highlights
• Management of event’s execution and special trade activations

Support Revenue Generating Implementations

• Coordinating marketing strategies with the sales, financial, public relations, and production departments.
• Identifies areas for improvement in product offerings, sales tactics, marketing strategy, and promotional activities

Customer Retention and Loyalty

• Focus on in-store programs to retain existing customers

Performance Monitoring

• Monitors marketing and sales performance and adjusts strategies as needed to make sure that Marketing efforts are successful

Collaboration

• Working with Creative team in the creation of 360 integrated marketing communications for offline and online channels
• Works with other company officers to establish budgets and marketing objectives

Managing Cost-Efficiency

• Maintains the department’s budget and ensures all marketing activities are cost-effective

• Graduate of BS Accountancy, Finance Management, and other Business-related course.
• Computer literacy
• Ability to create accountability and to lead by example
• Strong team building, decision-making and people management skills
• Dynamic, analytical, and goal-driven professional with extensive experience in accounting, staff supervision, general management, and customer service.
• Adept at facilitating training for the staff toward the accomplishment of organizational goals and objectives.
• Capable of working effectively with diverse groups of people within fast-paced environments; as well in adapting to new ideas.
