Performance Marketing Manager  

We are looking for a strategic and results-driven Performance Marketing Manager who will manage and execute digital advertising initiatives across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Google, and TikTok while also handling content creation and social media efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, launch, and optimize paid digital campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, and other platforms
• Analyze performance metrics and continuously refine strategy to improve ROI and lead generation
• Create or brief content (copy, short-form videos, visuals) that supports campaign goals and brand messaging
• Manage the publishing calendar across social channels to ensure consistent presence
• Use AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Canva AI, ad automation platforms) for efficient content and campaign creation
• Handle ad spend budgets and performance reporting from end-to-end

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
• At least 2–3 years of experience in digital marketing, paid advertising, or performance marketing
• Strong experience in Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, and Google Analytics
• Proven ability to manage budgets and optimize campaign performance
• Familiarity with AI tools for marketing, content generation, or automation
