Podcast Manager  

We are looking for a Podcast Manager with a strong focus on Customer Success to ensure our podcast clients are fully supported and engaged throughout their journey. This role combines account management, onboarding, customer experience, and success-driven initiatives to retain and grow client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Establish clear retention goals and process milestones for clients and internal teams to work toward.
• Onboard new podcast clients effectively, ensuring a smooth setup and a strong start.
• Provide ongoing support, helping clients navigate platforms, tools, and systems used in podcast production and distribution.
• Promote the value of our services and identify upsell opportunities aligned with client goals.
• Maintain a deep understanding of our podcast products, tools, and services to provide relevant solutions and recommendations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize internal processes and drive improvements across Customer Success initiatives.
• Take ownership of client relationships and ensure long-term satisfaction and success.
  
  Minimum Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Business, or related field.
• Experience in client-facing roles, account management, or customer success (preferably in media, tech, or podcasting industries).
• Strong communication and relationship management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple clients and priorities with attention to detail.
• Familiarity with podcasting tools, platforms, and content workflows is a plus.
