Sales & Customer Operations Intern

Kalibrr is looking for a driven and detail-oriented Sales & Customer Operations Intern to support our revenue and customer teams. If you’re eager to gain hands-on experience in sales, CRM tools, and client engagement at a fast-paced tech company, this role is for you.

What You’ll Do:

• Respond to inbound inquiries and assist potential clients
• Qualify leads and identify sales opportunities
• Maintain and update records in Zoho CRM
• Schedule sales appointments and customer onboarding calls
• Support and conduct basic product trainings with customers
• Prepare internal reports to track performance and activities

What We’re Looking For:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail
• Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new tools
• Can work independently and manage multiple tasks
