- Provide legal advice and guidance on all matters affecting the company, including media law, intellectual property, contracts, and regulatory compliance.
- Draft, review, and negotiate various legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and licenses.
- Ensure the company's compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, including media-related laws, data protection regulations, and intellectual property rights.
- Work closely with other departments or unit business to ensure alignment of legal strategies with business objectives.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Min. bachelor's degree in Law.
- Licensed advocate registered with Peradi (Indonesian Advocates Association).
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a legal officer, preferably in the media industry.
- Strong knowledge of media law, intellectual property law, contract law, and regulatory compliance.
- Proven experience in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating legal documents.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Proficient in legal research tools and Microsoft Office.
