- Research and stay updated on latest and emerging technologies related to the Company’s products and services.
- Research and understand the applicability of (1) to the Company’s products and services, and champion necessary innovations within the Company to take advantage of said latest and emerging technologies.
- Meet with new and current customers and stakeholders (both internal and external) to better establish understanding of their various challenges and explore and eventually provide possible solutions to said challenges.
- Prove the feasibility (technical and financial) of proposed solutions through the development and presentation of proofs-of-concept and feasibility studies.
- Train and mentor software engineers in the implementation of technical solutions.
- Propose updates to technical stack and technical standards of the organization and
- projects, whenever applicable.
- Lead the design and implementation of cloud-based or traditional (ie. on premises)
- infrastructure to be used either internally or by customers.
- Design and implement manual and automated deployment processes.
- Lead the optimization of existing and future infrastructure for cost, stability, and security.
- Help develop project budget and implementation plans based on proposed technical
- solutions.
- Alongside the VP for Technology, assist in overseeing and management of project
- implementations and ensure that they are within budget and schedule.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- raduate of bachelor's degree in engineering, marketing, business administration, computer science or related field.
- Worked in an IT services/solutions firm as a product/ solutions engineer for at least 3 years
- Preference or a certified Google professional cloud architect
- Familiar with (and has working knowledge of (Google suites of solutions and open systems-based app architecting/ programming (web and mobile)
- Strong communication, interpersonal, customer service, and sales skills.
- The ability to relate technical information to non-technical customers.
- Excellent technical and problem-solving skills.
