Represent the company brand effectively to external talent.
Stakeholder & Hiring Manager Support on the recruitment process.
Consult with stakeholders to understand job requirements and workforce needs.
Assist in drafting job descriptions and job postings.
Provide regular updates on recruitment progress and market insights.

Position Summary:
The HR Recruitment Specialist is responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle, from talent sourcing to onboarding. This role ensures the organization attracts, hires, and retains top talent by developing effective sourcing strategies, building strong candidate pipelines, and supporting hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.
Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition & Sourcing
Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates.
Utilize job boards, social media, professional networks, referrals, and direct sourcing to build talent pipelines.
Maintain a strong understanding of labour market trends and candidate availability.
Onboarding:
Facilitate smooth onboarding for new hires in collaboration with HR team members.
Ensure accurate documentation, orientation scheduling, and compliance.
Recruitment & Selection
Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for assigned positions.
Review applications, screen résumés, and conduct phone or video interviews.
Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and guide them through best-practice selection techniques.
Administer pre-employment assessments or background checks as needed.
Support the offer process including salary recommendations and negotiation.
