As a Japanese Sales Coordinator, you will play a vital role in supporting our sales operations in the Japan market. This position is crucial in maintaining the accuracy, efficiency, and smooth execution of internal sales processes. Working closely with our Japan partners, you will be responsible for quoting, data management in Salesforce, and maintaining pipeline integrity with a high level of precision and timeliness.
Key Responsibilities:
• Qualify opportunities with resellers, understand and assess the validity of deals, in Japanese
• Send daily reports to USA sales manager/stakeholder(s) for guidance on pricing and sales strategy
• Process orders in Japanese
• Accurately input and maintain sales-related data in Salesforce, including partner opportunities and point-of-sale information
• Support Japan business with quoting tasks, ensuring accuracy and alignment with partner expectations and internal policies
• Monitor sales pipeline health, identify potential risks, and escalate issues promptly to ensure no disruption in sales operations to USA leaders
• Outbound calls to customers, resellers and other channel partners as directed
• Track and follow up on open opportunities in a timely and organized manner
• Liaise with channel partners to confirm deal progression and ensure effective collaboration
• Ensure SLAs are met consistently, and process improvements are proactively identified
• Other relevant tasks that may be assigned

Japanese Sales Coordinator
Requirements:
• JLPT N2 Certification - Business-level Japanese (written and verbal)
• At least 2 years of professional experience in a corporate setting requiring Japanese bilingual communication skills
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
• Strong organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, self-motivated
• Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM tools is preferred
