Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Analysis & Segmentation: Process data, create customer segments, and generate insights from customer behavior to support business strategies and CRM campaigns.
- CRM & Loyalty Program Management: Plan, manage, and evaluate loyalty programs (AstraPoints, AstraVoucher), campaigns, and the use of CRM channels and marketing technology.
- Customer Engagement & Service Excellence: Improve customer engagement and retention through targeted campaigns, financial education, Voice of Customer (VoC), and service standard development.
Kualifikasi Minimum
Job Requirement:
- Bachelor’s degree (min. GPA 3.00), open to fresh graduates from Engineering, Information Systems, Management, Computer Science, Math, or Finance.
- Strong in data analysis, good with Microsoft Office & Windows, understands digital campaigns, and has good communication & presentation skills (Indonesian & English).
- Detail-oriented, logical, honest, customer-focused, able to multitask, set priorities, and work well in a team. Demonstrates a mindset of continuous improvement — proactively identifies areas for efficiency, optimization, and innovation.
