- Minimum experience 2 years in technology or engineering field
- Bachelor degree
- Able to quckliy find and fix problems to keep sevices running smoothly and avoid upsetting clinets
- Good at talking clients, listening to their needs, and ensuring their satisfaction
- Know the basics of IT sevice management to help deliver services on time, meet goals, and enhance operational efficiency
